Exciting New Product Launch and Innovations from IPM Pumps for 2024

We are excited to share that in the coming year we are continuing our launch of some exciting new products. This includes a newly designed 3:1 drum pump model GP-20D which has already been released for sale. The GP-20D comes standard in stainless steel material which resists corrosion significantly better than its carbon steel competitors.
Further, it features a newly designed air motor, which is optimized to handle higher viscosity fluids. This will ensure better performance for demanding applications such as coatings, Polyureas and many types of adhesives. Additionally, the GP-20D is designed with the ability to quickly remove its air motor. This design effectively makes low ceiling application issues a thing of the past. This easily detachable air motor will boost the operator’s efficiency by simplifying maintenance, minimizing downtime and ease of drum changeover.
On the in-plant side of applications, we will be offering our IBC tank management system. This IBC tank system is already being used for a variety of applications including blowing agents and mould release. One IBC tank station can handle up to eight different gun stations for the application of release agents.
These unique IBC tank stations have a large variety of equipment options. Options include electric stirring, pneumatic tower, heat exchangers, internal recirculation, mag-drive pumps, PLC and lastly load cell capability. The load cell option could be used in conjunction with hyper-accurate metering devices for precise measurements on fluid transfer.
